Ingredient is hiring a Content Planner to develop and manage our client’s content strategies. The position focuses on content planning, development, design, production, analysis, management, and measurement. You will be responsible for establishing an organization’s editorial voice, and determining content needs, channel management, and distribution. You are detail oriented, have fantastic communication skills and love to stay organized.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage editorial and content calendars
  • Lead monthly content planning brainstorming sessions with the culinary team and copywriters
  • Plan content informed by client priorities and KPIs, trends, social listening, and data-based insights — taking into account the need for variety in content across all channels
  • Review and proofread copy
  • Publish content to client CMSs
  • Publish content to social media
  • Create assets for Instagram Stories, TikTok, and Instagram Reels[ET3] with an understanding of each platform’s capabilities
  • Develop and maintain audiences, and create, implement, and optimize ads for paid social media
  • Work in tandem with the account manager to pull and analyze reporting across all channels on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis; analysis will include content format and channel testing recommendations based on what’s working and not working across channels
  • Conduct content format, competitor, and industry research, and make recommendations based on discovery

Annual salary

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000, exclusive of benefits mentioned above. Your compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.
