As a Senior Social Media Manager at Ingredient, you will lead our social media strategy and execution across various platforms. You will manage a talented team of social media specialists, ensuring that our clients’ brand voice is consistent, engaging, and impactful. This role is crucial in amplifying our content, growing our online community, and driving engagement through innovative and data-driven social media campaigns.

What you’ll do:

  1. Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy:
    1. Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the client’s marketing goals and objectives.
    2. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns and initiatives.
  2. Team Leadership and Management:
    1. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of social media managers.
    2. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members.
    3. Conduct quarterly performance reviews and foster a collaborative and enthusiastic team environment.
  3. Content Creation and Curation:
    1. Oversee and contribute to the creation of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest).
    2. Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure cohesive and compelling storytelling across channels.
    3. Oversee management of social media content calendars and ensure timely and consistent posting.
  4. Community Management:
    1. Oversee team that is monitoring and engaging with clients’ online communities, responses to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
    2. Foster relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to expand our reach and impact.
  5. Analytics and Reporting:
    1. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
    2. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize content and improve engagement.
    3. Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on social media performance and trends.
  6. Industry Trends:
    1. Stay current with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Regularly share these trends both internally and with clients.
    2. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our social media approach.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

Annual salary

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the salary range for this position is $90,000 -$110,000 exclusive of benefits mentioned above. Your compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.
